Terms & Contitions

Welcome to Herogs VR. By using our website and booking our VR event services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Services Provided
    We offer mobile VR event experiences, including birthday parties and private events across Cyprus. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.

  • Booking and Payment
    Bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment as specified. Prices are as stated on the website: €250 for up to 10 people, plus €12 for each additional participant for birthday parties. Custom pricing applies for non-birthday events and will be communicated upon inquiry.

  • Event Duration and Requirements
    Typical events last 2-3 hours but can be customized. A minimum space of 4x4 meters is required, indoors or shaded outdoors. A stable WiFi connection must be provided by the customer.

  • Cancellations and Refunds

       A non-refundable deposit of €80 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. If the               booking is canceled within 3 days (72 hours) of placing the reservation, the deposit will be refunded in           full. After this 3-day period, the deposit becomes non-refundable.If you cancel your reservation after             the 3-day window, the deposit will be retained and subtracted from the total price of the event payable         at the end of the party.Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Failure to cancel                   within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • Liability
    Participants use our VR equipment at their own risk. We are not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the event. We maintain all equipment to industry safety standards.

  • Conduct
    Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow safety instructions. We reserve the right to terminate the event without refund for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

  • Photo and Media Release
    With your permission, we may take photos or videos during events for marketing purposes. You can opt out upon request.

​

  • Privacy
    Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

​

  • Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
